INHOUSE
INHOUSE is a housing association that was set up to actively promote the
provision and availability of accessible housing for significantly disabled
people s in Ireland. Upon its re-establishment it will endeavour to offer
real options for disabled people when deciding where they choose to live their
lives in accordance with the philosophy of The Independent Living Movement.
The aims of INHOUSE are:
· To actively work towards the provision and availability of suitable
housing for significantly disabled people by developing schemes and building
programmes that will alleviate this need.
- To increase awareness amongst the general public, in particular amongst public and private bodies entrusted with the provision of housing and accommodation for society, whether for profit or out of public duty.
