National CIL Network Meeting - 4 March 2005
The focus of this meeting was twofold:
- To integrate feedback from stakeholders into the Strategic Plan
- To evaluate the process to the completion of the plan
It was agreed that many of the issues raised in feedback from the consultation meeting could be addressed by a comprehensive introduction to the strategic plan.
In light of the fact that feedback was still being returned it was decided that it would be best to postpone the completion of the plan. It was agreed that two NAG sub groups would meet, one to develop the introduction and the other to work on reflecting the main themes / issues emerging from the feedback. A further full NAG meeting would examine resulting recommendations with regard to changes needed in the final Strategic and Operational Plans.
