CIL Facilitated Consultation Sessions - 24 February 2005
Each CIL is asked to hold a local facilitated* consultation session on 24th February for 3 hrs approx, involving board members, key staff and leaders etc. It is vital that CIL boards, members, leaders and staff examine the draft NAG strategic plan in preparation for the February 26th National CIL Meeting.
*If any CIL has difficulty finding an independent facilitator locally, please contact the CIL office and we will try to help.Unfortunately, there is no financial assistance available for paid facilitation.
