Finance, Administration & Project Monitoring Committee
The core role of this committee is to oversee the financial, administrative and operational controls and procedures of CIL, advising on and helping establish guidelines for all CIL committees. The FAM committee also has responsibility in the related areas of staff and human resources, as well as monitoring established programmes.
