Susan
Flynn joined CIL staff in March 2003 as European Co-ordinator,
working mainly on fostering current international partnerships CIL has
in place and helping develop new ones. She works a four day week and in
addition to her European responsibilities, her current focus is on the
CIL Network, research projects and funding opportunities.
Prior to her appointment Susan graduated from the National University
of Ireland Galway with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Masters in
Business Studies, majoring in electronic commerce. You can contact Susan

Derval
Sheridan joined CIL staff in April 2003. Derval currently
works a three day week as Communications Officer. Her main areas of responsibility
include development and maintenance of the CIL website and further development
of CILs communication strategy. Prior to her appointment, Dervals work
experience included project management, instructional design in the e-learning
industry and training management in the computer training industry. You

Eithne O'Donnell joined the Carmichael Centre
CIL in February 2005, on secondment from Dublin 7 CIL. Eithne works part-time
and is responsible for providing administrative support, as well as the
development and maintenance of databases. She also provides much support
around communications/website issues and updates, with particular emphasis

Anne Browne
joined CIL staff in August 2005. She works a five day week and is responsible
for Finance, Administration and Project Monitoring. Prior to her appointment,
Anne graduated with a Bachelor degree in Philosophy from the Milltown
Insitute of Philsophy and Theology, Dublin, from NUI Maynooth with
a Post Graduate Diploma in Communications and Development and she
also graduated with a Diploma in Community Development from NUI Galway.

Caroline Mitchell joined CIL staff in
early November 2005. Prior to her appointment, Caroline graduated with
a Bachelor Degree in Development Studies from Development Studies Centre,
Kimmage Manor Dublin, and from Colaiste Dhulaigh Dublin, with a Certificate
in Communications. Caroline's has worked with the 'Dublin Leader Forum'
and on CIL model development meetings mainly. She is presently concentrating
on the Leader Forum and CIL Council issues. You can contact Caroline at
