Commitment
We strongly believe in working at community level. We endeavour to act as a catalyst and an enabler.
We empower people at local level to take control and have supported the establishment of 23 independent, locally based CILs throughout the country.
We do not wish to retain ownership of the programmes we have initiated but hand them over to organisations and individuals best suited to deliver them. This allows us to continue in our mission to campaign for social change. We believe this is a unique feature of our organisation.
All of the above has been achieved through solid work, co-operation, commitment, strategic vision and organisational development.
