JOIN US IN GALWAY! CIL Network Council meeting is 11th July 2009 in Harbour Hotel in Galway City. The topic of this meeting is: “Our Services and the Economic Downturn” The Council Officers Dermot Hayes, Mayra O’Keeffe and Valerie Moran are working on getting representatives of FAS and HSE to attend this event a talk to us about the current situation in Irish Community & Voluntary Sector. David Egan, our expert in the area of Direct Payments will provide us with an update on progress made after the last meeting with the Minister John Moloney, TD. The election of local representatives of CILs on the National Advisory Group on Independent Living will take place at this meeting. This is an event that you shouldn’t miss!
